WASHING:
Always wash your whites and darks separately. Wash with cold to warm water, not hot. Machine wash on the delicate cycle.

DRYING:
EASY ON THE HEAT: Tumble dry on the cool to warm fluffing cycle and remove immediately after.

COMMON MISTAKES TO UNDERWEAR CARE:

• HIGH HEAT: Baking (literally) your underwear at super high temperatures causes the foam saddle. waistband and fabric to degrade at a much faster rate.
• FABRIC SOFTENER & BLEACH: Modern materials and fabrics do not need these additives.
• OVERAGGRESSIVE WASHING: Washing any underwear or base layers in with your jeans, towels and other rough fabrics can reduce the lifespan of your underwear. And washing on too harsh of a wash cycle can cause lint pills to develop.

To facilitate a return or exchange, Apparel / Items must include their original bags, tags, and/or boxes and must not be worn, washed or damaged in any way.

Once you receive your return authorization from our team, you have 7 business days to complete it. Returns sent back after the 7 business days will be refunded on to a Saddle Up Briefs Digital Gift Card.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your purchase. Your package will generally be shipped via USPS or UPS (however all delivery options are at the discretion of the shipper) and will only be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We prefer to use an accredited courier service so your order is insured, and fully traceable.
